These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mdautorental.com and the text-messaging program run by MD Auto Rental LLC ("MD Auto Rental," "we," "us"). By using our website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS text-messaging terms
Program name: MD Auto Rental Text Alerts
Program description: When you opt in, MD Auto Rental sends text messages to the mobile number you provide. These include replies to your questions, reservation and appointment reminders, rental and insurance-claim updates, account notifications and vehicle delivery updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send promotional offers and discounts.
How you opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency varies depending on your rental and claim activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
To opt out, reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. You'll receive one final confirmation text, and then we'll stop messaging you. To opt back in, reply START.

Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website use
The information on this website is for general information about our services. Vehicle availability, rental coverage and authorized rental days are set by your insurance policy and adjuster and are confirmed at the time of rental. A rental agreement signed at pickup governs each rental.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Auto Rental is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the text-messaging program.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or text program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
